Disneyland

A metaphor of where I'm at right now....

You know that feeling...when you're at Disneyland and you've been waiting like months for this day and you're so excited to go on Indiana Jones, and you make the trek all the way to Adventureland, and the wait time looks like this?

85 minutes?  But I've already patiently waited for the past however many months just to get to Disneyland!  I have to wait 85 minutes more? But of course you're going to wait, so you get in line.  

And you wait in line.  And you wonder what the ride will be like once you finally get on it.  And you're excited, and anxious, and your legs hurt from all the waiting.  And you have to just tell yourself "only 84 more minutes.  Then you can climb aboard the ride."
